There are few movie musicals quite as beloved as Grease. The 1978 eternal has remained a major allocation of avant-garde pop culture, and is still played upon syndication-- allowing generations of fans to sing along and tell all heritage of dialogue. In fact, FOX recently did its own liven up production of the musical, combining what was best more or less both the original pretense and the movie. all song in Grease is iconic, but a standout has always been the grande finale "We Got Together." This last number finds Danny and a new, sultry Sandy fly off into the sunset (literally) in a red hot rod. But the couple never acquire their big last kiss... until now. A deleted scene next the kiss is beast released to the public via a special feature upon Grease's 40th anniversary edition. As Grease director Randal Kleiser tell it,
They were taking place in the car, and I said, 'Why don't you kiss And they did. I don't know what happened, why that never got in. It astounds me that it wasn't the ending.
It looks next Danny And Sandy's utter kiss was likely just clip due to an editing error. And previously movies weren't quite as detailed and specific in the past, this mistake seemed to have somehow slipped through the cracks. Haven't Danny and Sandy been through enough? They deserve their happy ending!
Randal Kleser's remarks to USA Today are going to be entirely exciting for the generations of Grease fans out there. The movie has been passed beside from generations previously its original 1978 release, hence there are a ton of emotions tied to the fates of the T-Birds and Pink Ladies. After Danny and Sandy sing one utter duet in "You're the One That I Want" (and we find out Rizzo isn't pregnant), audiences watch as the amassed work sings one more song and the adore interests fly away... sans kiss.
Grease's director isn't the unaided person from the original movie that is excited more or less the kiss finally coming to light. Danny Zuko himself John Travolta afterward opened taking place more or less the interest of Danny and Sandy's long missing smooch. next speaking more or less the 40th Anniversary version, he said,

They kiss each other goodbye, not realizing Sandy would be transferring to his school. success the movie next unconventional kiss does seem right, and it's a shame that it hasn't been included for these next few decades.
